OPSEU CAAT-A College Faculty Bargaining Survey 2027
Your voice sets our bargaining priorities. Every few years, our collective agreement, the legal contract governing our pay, workload, benefits, job security etc. is renegotiated with college employers.
This survey is your opportunity to identify issues that matter to you so that the bargaining team has a clear, data-driven understanding of the themes that will be central to this round of bargaining. Together, we can fight for a contract that reflects our concerns, experiences, and values.
If you are a full-time or partial-load college faculty (including Professors, Instructors, Librarians, and Counsellors) or have been within the past 12 months, you are strongly encouraged to complete the survey. Your insights will guide your bargaining team in determining the issues that matter most to the membership. Specifically, the information gathered from this survey will form the basis for priorities that will be voted on at local demand set meetings. Data will also be used for member organizing, research, and identifying equity-related priorities.
