Final Reminder: 1 in 4 College Faculty have completed the bargaining survey – have you?
This is your final reminder to complete your bargaining survey as soon as possible – just like 26% of your colleagues who have already done so.
If you have already filled out the survey, please take a moment to share this reminder with a fellow full-time or partial-load faculty member.
FT/PL Priority Survey – English
You elected your bargaining team in May 2026, and we need your help to understand your priorities for the upcoming round of Collective Agreement bargaining. Your completion of the survey will have direct input into the bargaining process and will ensure that your needs are discussed at both the local and provincial levels.
The results of this survey will be summarized and provided to your local to identify what is important to you as members.
Starting in October, Local Demand Set Meetings will take place to draft and prioritize demands that address the priorities members identified. The demands from all 24 locals will be discussed and prioritized at a Final Demand Set Meeting in early December to inform this bargaining round’s priorities.
The survey covers issues relevant to full-time and partial-load Professors, Instructors, Librarians, and Counsellors.
In solidarity,
